• We check out the debtor to see if he or she has other cases against them.
• We try to locate the debtor.
• We find out if there is any immediate information available about the debtor's present life situation.
• We formulate a ghost description of the debtor from information received.
• We ascertain a educated plan of attack.
• We then report back to you the client to discuss all the information we have received and give you a honest and unbiased report as to the case.

 

Once we have done out initial investigation and reported back to you, we will then let you decide as to the cause of action you wish to proceed with. If we feel that you are wasting your time we will tell you! I know that sounds very bleak but it does happen from time to time. Some cases are not worth the time and effort in trying to recover the money at this time. It may be better to wait for a year or so and then look at the case again. Only too often we find that within a year or so the debtor has turned their life around and is now in a position to collect from.

Our service will even take away the guess work from this area. If you decide that you would like us to be involved with your case, we enter it into our system. At predetermined time intervals, your case is brought back up and we then start the preliminary investigations over again. If anything has changed that we feel has new scope for recovering your debt we will inform you that your case is now live and we are perusing all actions possible to recover your monies.

On the other hand we find no new incurageing information we will inform you that there have been no changes to your case and await the next time for its review.
